Yes, we provide both online and in-person therapy. In-office, we serve clients from Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Mississauga, Brampton, and more. Online therapy is available to all residents of Ontario.

Therapy is not meant to last forever. The number of sessions depends on your situation and how long it takes to achieve your needs and goals. Once you have met your objectives, we can discuss stopping or developing new goals.

Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, is a way in which people deal with emotional difficulties and mental illnesses. The goal in psychotherapy is to enable the individual to function better and to acquire skills and coping mechanisms in order to deal with a particular life event.

The length of sessions is typically 50 minutes. The duration of therapy can either be short term (weeks) or long term (months) depending on the needs of the client and the complexity of the issues which need to be addressed.

Yes, sessions are covered by Green Shield, Sun Life, Great West Life, and Blue Cross. It is recommended that you check with your insurance provider in order to determine your level of coverage.
